2. No Guarantee of Completeness
Our scanner inspects publicly accessible data — network requests, cookie behavior, privacy policy content, and GPC signals. It cannot detect all compliance issues. A passing score does not mean your site is legally compliant.
3. Free Tier Limits and Credits
Anonymous users can run a limited "lite" scan for free. Registered users receive 1 free credit upon sign-up, which can be used to run one full compliance audit. Additional full audits require the purchase of scan credits (currently 50 credits for $29). One credit entitles you to one full scan and the resulting fully unlocked report.
4. Data Use
Your email address is used to deliver scan results and may be used to send compliance-related updates from Privisy. You can unsubscribe at any time. We do not sell your email.
5. Scan Data Retention
Free scan results are retained for 30 days, then permanently deleted.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify registered users by email of material changes. Continued use of the service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
