2. No Guarantee of Completeness
Our scanner inspects publicly accessible data — network requests, cookie behavior, privacy policy content, and GPC signals. It cannot detect all compliance issues. A passing score does not mean your site is legally compliant.
3. Free Tier Limits and Credits
Anonymous users can run a limited "lite" scan for free. Registered users may run one full compliance audit at no charge, delivered as a locked summary (scores, statuses and issue counts). One credit (currently $49) or an active monitoring subscription unlocks that report's evidence and remediation steps. Each further full audit requires the purchase of a scan credit. One credit entitles you to one full scan and the resulting fully unlocked report.
4. Data Use
Your email address is used to deliver scan results and may be used to send compliance-related updates from Privisy. You can unsubscribe at any time. We do not sell your email.
5. Scan Data Retention
Scan results are kept as described in the Data Retention section of our Privacy Policy.

Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify registered users by email of material changes. Continued use of the service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
